Hi,

I have a video that crashes all the time... not at the same timestamp but the longest time it ran were about 5-10 minutes. When it crashes XBMC quits and I get back to the Apple Dashboard.
I get these messages in the log:

Check the other threads, I have changed the hosts file and the crashing is gone.

apt-get install com.nito.updatebegone

I modified /etc/hosts

127.0.0.1 mesu.apple.com

and installed com.nito.updatebegone. I did not get any update messages whatsoever. Your hints seem to work. THX
