My suggestion for the M release of ubuntu (Masturbating Monkey) was not accepted. 
If we're sticking with LoTR references:

Gandalf
Gimli
Gollum
(A lot of the names are exempt because they come before F!)

I can only hope that 'Gollum' is considered for the next release.
BTW, Gandalf is a much appropriate codename: XBMC is MAGIC!
