aesthetics vs function

So here is a question so strange, I couldn't even find answer on google
My new HTPC is using a pico PSU, but the tower has a huge gapping whole for a full size one
Do they make "blanks", plates, or something that can be installed that will fill/cover that hole?
My dream is find a plate to cover that hole, and drill a small whole for the pico plug
