Does XBMC can run with CE4100?

How to do it ? Need any SDK like PRxx or PCxx?

No I do not believe it does. You will need solid video drivers first and foremost. Good luck.

Why should it not run? The CE4xxx is fully x86 compatible and already used in DLink's Boxee box...
The only problem i see is getting a cheap device to test the software Most dev kit are (from my point of view) to expensive.

Intel's SDK is built around Gstreamer & DirectFB, and the graphics driver are closed-source. Dev kits cost around $1000.
