[Linux] Dual screen: restrict supported resolutions
#1
I have some trouble with my xbmc on dual monitor.

Some times xbmc is show half on scren 1 and second half on screen 2...i try to change resolution but xbmc freeze. After force exit (kill xbmc) all work well: correct resolution.

I would know if i can limit supported resolutions in xbmc, the list of resolutions in system->video saved in guisettings.xml

for example, screen resolutions supported:
1440x900
1400x1050
1360x768
1280x1024
1280x960
1152x864
1024x768

sreen resolution visible in xbmc:
1280x1024 <- max resolution of screen 1
1280x960 <- max resolution of screen 2

i try to re-set resolutions reported in guisettings.xml in advancedsettings.xml, but are ignored.

Is there some method for set default xbmc resolution?

thanks!

p.s. i try dual head as suggest in other topic but have problem with my ati and kde...second screen stay black and see only corrupted cursor.
