The Download Page on the EMM wiki says:

The current release of Ember Media Manager is only available as a .RAR archive.
Ember Media Manager 1.3.x <-- this link is dead.

Where can I download the stable release version?

Ember 1.3.x is out-of-date and no longer supported. Please use the latest beta 1.4.x.
There are some bugs with 1.4.x, but we are working on last fixes for a new beta release (coming soon).
