ALWAYS ON TOP is a feature we've all been longing for. Not one person on this forum wouldn't like that. I don't know why it hasn't been implemented already. I'm sure there may be a good reason.

But here I am, BEGGING, for "Always On Top" feature so if I decide to open something else, it doesn't have to cover KODI.

Have you tried settings > systems > video output > try toggling "use full Windows" I use chrome launcher which launches chrome over Kodi, turning this off, Kodi gets minimised.... Not sure if this is the feature your looking for ??
