Hello All,
Me guy new and I am desperate need of expert advice. I am using a M8S with the Android 4.4.2 version software. I have been noticing an increasing number of shows are not playing.

When I select a show the ‘Working’ message appears for a second, and then disappears. Sometimes I get that ‘Authorization’ message as well.

I tried the update function but all I get is ‘Check Failed!Check Your OTA Servier Argent’. I have no idea what that means.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Which sources and/or addons are involved?

Before answering, please read this thread to ensure you're clued up on what we support here.

Also your box has a very old version of android. Our current version of kodi (v17 Krypton) requires at least Android 5 ( Lollipop) and so will not install or work on it. See this thread for more details.
