I've imported all of my media into EMM and it's picked it all up fine and organised it (Movies and TV Shows).

However when I try to scrape media, nothing happens. If I right click a movie and try to scrape manually, the box comes up but shows no results for anything. Even if I input the IMDB link myself nothing happens.

With my TV Shows, it doesn't even let me click scrape media. It's greyed out. So frustrating!

Probably something really simple sorry, I've tried to search but can't find the problem. Help is much apprecited!

Also have problem scraping new media in emm now. i have to put in the imdb numbers manually to find anything. i do NOT use XML scraper, i use the emm native scraper and in the settings dialog i have akas.imdb.com
fix for this?

Use the fixed version Ember 1.3.0.7 Fix 1 (see my signature).

Ahh nice... will try it right away! Thanx a bunch pal!

Yep me to, cant scrape extrathumbs and it still doesnt scrape movie info/images automaticly. still have to edit each movie and press change movie button.

RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - Fascix - 2012-12-13

Okey seems to work fine if i deselect "extrathumbs" but then again i really want the extrathumbs

RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - daviduco - 2012-12-13

I have lot of problems since a few weeks ago... movie search shows no results, i have to add imdb entry manually... if i change movie scraper to XML movie search window doesn't shows, it's totally broken, any workaround?

RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - kricker - 2012-12-14

Did you look through the last few pages of this thread for the fix? There is a new version of Ember available by DanCooper.

Does anyone have any advise for TV shows like Arrow that EMM sees, doesn't create nfo's for, and XBMC doesn't see? I have to either manually create copy nfo from another episode and modify for current one, or delete from EMM and Update Library for the nfo to be created.

Arrow works fine here, it must see the file name so doesn't using re-scrape episode work either?

Because I'm using an old db I found I had to use re-scrape show (right click show title) on all my shows so they update automatically when using "Update Library" in Ember.

As long as you don't have overwrite images enabled its just a case of going through the motions it doesn't actually change anything.

All my shows update automatically when I use "Update Library" in Ember including Arrow

is there a scraper for adult movies working at the moment?

whats with the teleboy.ch scraper from XBMC... working?

are there alternative scrapers working at the moment?

I named it "The Arrow s01e09 (720p HDTV x264).mkv".

Thank you for your suggestion to rescape the show, can't wait to try it. Of course, it's the last one of the season so I'll have to wait for next season to try it again.

RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - sergiocos - 2012-12-15

Use the same name for the tv show as thetvdb.com. It's 'Arrow', not 'THE Arrow' (use that for the name of the show and also for files)

Oops, that was a typo on my part. Thx.

Hi, ty to all for helping this project throughout the years, it's indispensable.
I have some question regarding nfos, somebody might know more, lets say i have some .nfo in the movie folder that have nothing to do with scraping,
named Movie.2011.720p.BluRay.x264.nfo, usually when i renamed my movie that .nfo got renamed as well, since i didn't want that i figured that if i click
'overwrite non-conforming nfos' it will leave it alone and will just create another movie.nfo with scraping information.
Can anyone explain this process, what are considered non conforming nfos, and what will be overwritten in some situations?

tnx

RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - Fascix - 2012-12-16

The Auto generate extrathumbs function is broken, i can load the movie and select extrathumbs manualy though. Could this be fixed? I am using the 1.3.7 fix version by DanCooper
