Going to double check this, I have this on and 3D kicks on for me when playing a mvc mkv.

What TV are you using?

I followed the setup mentioned a couple posts up with both UHD on and off for every port.

HDMI above display port. UHD on TV enabled.

Just Windows running, TV shows 1920x1080 / 60p
Once I open Kodi, TV shows 4096x2160 / 30p
1080 movie, TV is saying its 4096x2160 / 24p
4k movie, tv is saying its 3840x2160 / 24p
3D iso, is changing to 3d mode, TV is reporting it as 1920x1080 / 24p

I myself apart from 3D not working on the HDMI 2.0 port,I also can't get lossless audio to play. Switching to lossy DD or DTS gives me audio

I'm fine with the 1.4 hdmi port, using my hdmi 2.0 port where I get none of the HD formats.

RE: Intel HTPC/NUC's w/reliable Kodi-native 3D MVC Playback - movie78 - 2016-12-31

3D playback doesn't work for me with HDMI 2.0, so i am using HDMI 1.4.

Did you try to update your HDMI to latest version?
