Changing guisettings.xml the line to
<setting type="string" name="skin.aeon.nox.silvo.Overlay.Toggle">2</setting>
I could see overlay option after changing it, and then setting the overlay to enabled finally the watched indicator is visible.

Using the mod I have set the music to play full screen under skin settings. Also I like cinema experience and have this fully set up.
