If I can find a little android pc that I could setup like the shield as a goto and easy use for the family I would do just that as the shield hosts 90% of the content in the home. It works lighting fast on my laptop so no issues there. Anyway thanks for the reply. I think maybe be I just disable the spotlight on both shields.

If I can find a little android pc that I could setup like the shield as a goto and easy use for the family I would do just that as the shield hosts 90% of the content in the home. I use it on an android device and it works quite ok. Of course it can't work fast as it works on a computer, so you have to make some compromises. You don't need to put all 8 widgets on home. Arrange them in hubs. That's how I do. I have nowhere more than 4 widgets included.

This option has been removed. In fact, it never turned on the mouse, but only added additional buttons for easier navigation when using the touch devices. Also people were confused by this option thinking they would get a mouse cursor and then they came to the forum to ask how to get rid of these weird buttons. But considering that these buttons worked in only 20% of skin and I don't want to waste time implementing them in whole skin, this option has been removed. This skin is simply not made for touch devices. If you want to turn on the mouse cursor go to kodi settings and do it that. I will eventually see to make a button also in skin settings to turn on the mouse cursor.

Are you saying using hubs instead of widgets realves pressure on your android box? Could you show a screen shot of your layout please. I'd like to try this and see the results.

Line 2804  <!-- OSD Music Playback Settings --> whole osd music settings are comment out and therefore not visible inside skin settings. Is there any reason behind ? Is the osd music playback settings broken ??
