Are you using 3.5mm audio (headphone style) jack? It's known to have noise and static since the introduction of Pi3. I battled it at the beginning but eventually gave up in favour of Hifi Berry board in one set up and HDMI audio extractor in the other. I only use 3.5mm analogue out for bench testing. I don't hear any noise on my B+ even with headphones but I'm not using 3.5mm jack. You shouldn't get noise from HDMI.

No - using HDMI audio - but is fixed now - a left setting in config.txt caused the issue - fixed.

RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 18.0) - themew - 2018-04-17

Right mouse button doesn't go 'back' anymore on 0416 using bluetooth keyboard.  BTW, love the releases Milhouse!

RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 18.0) - 3DBuff - 2018-04-17

#0416 "firmware: platform: Pi3 B+ reduce sdram freq to 450 while investigations are ongoing. See: link"

Is this related only to start up issue from the link or the issue that I was having with MVC files locking up B+ within first half an hour?
Recommended workaround arm_freq=1200 was helping in my case.

I'll remove the arm_freq limit for this build and see this the issue is gone.

RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 18.0) - 3DBuff - 2018-04-17

So far so good. #0416 B+ with all default settings and no turbo. It didn't lock up on MVC. Single skipped frame is also much better or at minimum level now.
Signal stays in 3D on exit from video to Kodi.

The "back" button is working correctly with #0415? Can you confirm the first non-working build if not #0416.
