With emby as a server and aeon nox silvo this works fine! So maybe it's worth a try.

If it happens infrequently then it could be a bug with profiles and not something skin related. Since it is not happening all the time then you can either toggle the setting or try a skin reload when it occurs again. My request for a skin reset was to see if that fixed your issue, there is no need to perform one if you do not feel inclined to do so. The skin reset has no effect on the Main Menu, there is a separate function for that.

Not every item has a disc, you can check manually by going to extras (+) in the information screen and selecting Artwork Downloader: Manual.
