Forget everything about PowerDVD and you don't need AnyDVD running in the background, just download Kodi @afedchin 3D MVC build and follow the instructions on the first page. Done. In this case, yes, if you leave AnyDVD running in the background, it disables/bypasses Cinavia on the fly. At least for the PDVD builds I mentioned before. Just checked RedFox's forum and PDVD 16 w/Cinavia bypass is expected to be supported in the next version.
