i don't get how they can't fix this. everything was fine up until the last gotham version. anyways, if you have a link ending with .ts in your playlist, you can try to rename .ts to .m3u8. if your provider supports it, it will be playable and it won't take ages to load. if not...tough titty for now.

This problem is solved and completely disappeared since I'm using the beta versions of openelec 16 and 17

Kodi 16 with pvr iptv simple 1.12.9 still has the delay, Kodi 17 with 2.0.2 doesn't

On Windows 10 I can confirm the channel switching delay is gone with the latest nightly build of Kodi 17 with IPTV Simple 2.0.2, which can be downloaded here for Windows and Android.

Can you build 1.12.6 for Android TV? On my Sony smart tv I have Kodi 16 RC1 and 1.12.9, but the lag is still there.

i try many milhouse build and all with the pvr work perfect, i don't know why when try to compile from source openelec not work. i think milhouse it's magician
