Have one MQ9 skin mod mod available now with alphabetic support. Matrix and Nexus versions by @latts9927.
Error is caused because the add-on is incompatible with Your Kodi version. You need check add-on version Before try install.
The alphabetic feature I will request to Marcos include in the next version.

I am truly grateful for all the help I'm receiving. To clarify there is a mod based off Aeon MQ 9, with alphabet jump or scroll? I don't understand what steps I need to take then in order to obtain it.
Incompatability between the zip file and the Kodi version I'm running makes sense. There seem to only two options I can find for this zip file. So if neither of them work then quite possibly, from everything I'm gathering, this add-on will not be compatible with Kodi 20.0 or 20.1 it seems. Is that how you see it as well?

I am stumped on o e last issue. I quite easily was able to get fanart to appear on the background of Movies and TV Shows in the menu screen. But for the life of me, on my second device with the attempt of having an identical setup, I cannot get them to run?? I ha e the backdrop set to fanart collection and I have a movie-fanart add-on installed but no luck. Any ideas? Thanks again.

Alphabetic allows you to jump to any letter.

About fanart based in your library at the main menu, use the addon artwork organizer, will work fine.

Oh my gosh!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! This is amazing!! You have been a huge help. I'll get this all checked out a little later today but that should all be good! I don't know why I had such a hard time looking for all these things but thank you again for all of your kind help and efforts.

I can confirm the alphabetic scroll is only available with the mod in movie view 16 and tv view 17.

I am not able to get the Extra Fanart to work even on a fresh minimal install without mod. I've tried both with and without Extrafanart folders. Any idea what I'm missing?

Check the top menu if is activated the extra fanart option
here the extrafanart images cycle ok, work perfectly.
I use Mediaelch to get the arts.

Hello! How do i change the default skin font? i have added few fonts but appears only default and arial font. No other font showing.

It´s not easy to add new fonts, doesn´t work only to put new fonts in the fonts folder, need to change the skin code in a lot of files.
So one way easier is to rename the actual aeon_common font filename to the replaced fonts. Check the fonts folder to find the original, and replace it with another font with the same name (aeon_common).
Need change aeon_common, aeon_mainmenu1 and aeon_mainmenu2

Hello, I'm having a problem with Aeon MQ9.
I have a Rpi4 (4GB) on which I recently installed the latest Raspbi OS image (2023-05-03-raspios-bullseye-arm64.img).
I then installed Kodi, which I think is Matrix 19.4.
I then loaded Aeon MQ9 on top, through the Skin interface. It downloads, installs, then installs the Estuary Helper service, and then the screen goes black for a few seconds, and Kodi quits to the desktop.
The problem is repeatable. I uninstall Kodi (apt-get remove Kodi), and I delete the .kodi folder from my home directory. I then reinstall Kodi, reinstall Aeon MQ9 and bang, the problem happens again.
Any ideas or help please?
