If you are using a device like an android tablet or something with a low powered CPU you may have to wait a long time (maybe about as much as 5 minutes) for the skin to finish building. So try again and give it some time. The screen may even go totally black/blank for a period as well. 

I'm using an I Mac and the message "Building menu Please wait" is running like 12 hours without any changes.

Any one can hemp me ??

ok, will do. I always back everything up so good to go. Will report back here once tried ...

I know nothing about Macs but I'm sure if you post a debug log someone will help. There are several versions of the skin, one for Leia 18.5, one for each of the older versions too. V7.08 I think is the current version for Leia 18.5 so make sure you have the right version of the skin for it.
