Thanks but this is my point, in Aeon Nox 5, it would display the logo AND clearart, it looks a bit bare having just text for the show name when you're used to seeing the proper logo. 

It makes no sense having logos if the skin only uses clearart when both are present (it displays both a poster and a logo in the show list so why not clearart and clearlogo on a pause screen?).

Also, with logo enabled on shows with a clearlogo image and NO clearart, the pause screen still shows no logo, so surely this is broken?

In windows, there is no problem, with the skin in kodi 19. On some systems with android but there are problems. Navigation, open only video addons (default, no build installed), frozen submenu ... I specify on certain devices (Xiaomi, H96max ...)only mikeSilvo can help us.

I think it's a touch screen issue on Kodi 19 and this skin. If you use a mouse or keyboard it seems to be OK. As soon as you use a touch to move through the main menu bar you get the issue of being locked to one item on the main menu bar. At least that's what I have found on my Android Samsung SM-T800 tablet.

I don't know if it's a Kodi 19 issue or a skin issue.

You can add the 2017 shield to your list, that's what I am using when trakt watched indicators don't show in info wall view :-(

When I try and set a widget using embuary.helper (for example, "Recommended based on last watched") it works perfectly but there's a catch: I can only select "poster" "square poster" or "fanart" as views to display on main menu. Not icons, not banners, etc. Is this by design? Asking since I can select those views on any other widget outside embuary.helper so it's probably a skin integration issue?


Ok so these are the ones I recall from fiddling with the skin yesterday. Love it and will be using it moving forward. But would like to know if any of these has been reported before (since there are many pages in this thread and I didn't go through all of them!) :p

Also while I am here another query, I have 104 movie sets and most of them show an age rating for the set as well as the movies contained in the set. But for 18 of the sets there is no age rating, any idea why this would be the case. I cant see how these 18 are any different to all the other sets.

I am using Kodi v19 (Matrix) and I use tiny media manager, all my data is local rather than using Kodi scrapers.

logo.png used to work for artists, but now it seems clearlogo.png works much better.
cdart.png used to work fine across the board, but now some art is displayed, some isn't.

In general - how Kodi uses art, how local art is being picked up, what settings need to be configured, where all those settings are... it's just confusing af now.
And that is coming from someone working in IT, having been using this software for 15 years.

There seem to be especially issues with multi-disc albums.
All of mine have artwork stored locally in the files.
I've set Kodi to use local artwork.
Still, i see album covers from online sources and don't know why.

I've had none of these issues with Kodi 18.
Is Kodi 19 just not ready for prime time or are there new settings i'm not aware of?
