The skin does display the Rotten Tomatoes ratings, with logo as well as metacritic.
Is your question more along the lines of how do you scrape rotten tomatoes ratings?
The only scraper that scrapes rotten tomatoes and metacritic is the Universal Movie Scraper. You need your own OMDB API key entered into the scraper settings.

Which view? If you have script.embuary.helper installed it will use that but there is a skin based alternative that does not use that add-on but it isn't available in all views.

I noticed RightList wasn't working so there will be a fix for that on Git sometime today.
