Not automatically. You could replace your standard poster with an animated poster.
The animation won't work across networks. The image needs to be saved locally

Aeon Tajo uses a different method to play the tunes.

Aeon Nox does not support the red carpet addon. No provision has been made in the skin to display the images from the resource addon.

That is great. Maybe you could submit a PR to include the setting in the skin. Prefer animated poster, but fall back to plain poster if it does not exist.

Use "script.skin.helper.colorpicker"

This is up to date and also works on Nexus.
