"Disabling the TopBar" doesn't seem remove it from Kodi home but everywhere else, but I remembered @AleksandarLS had answered me before like an year ago. It must've gotten reset on the latest Kodi update.
Here's how to remove it from kodi home screen.

"Open Includes_Home.xml in folder skin.aeon.nox.silvo\16x9 and comment the block of code starting with line <include name="HorizontalMenuSystemBars"> (lines 89-227)"

Strange...I have it enabled and don't see it on home screen. When I disable it, it doesn't show on any screen. Mighty strange.

It usually sits above home screen horizontal main menu and you can move it to the top (like I had on the screenshot above) in skin settings. But I can't completely remove it from home screen unless i edit the Includes_Home.xml.
Now it's clean, just the way i like it.

Can anyone help me out here. I'm having trouble getting this skin to install on Kodi on a Amazon Firestick.

I've tried the following. I got the zipfile directly from the Github page (Aeon-Nox-SiLVO-master.zip) and I've tried installing it manually from Kodi's "Install from zip file" within the Add-on section in the settings. I get an error every time that says "The dependency on script.skinshortcuts version 1.0.10 could not be satisfied". Above that text it says "Failed to install add-on from zip file". I tried naming the zip file from "Aeon-Nox-SiLVO-master.zip" to "skin.aeon.nox.silvo.zip". That didn't work. I tried to rename the root folder within the zip file from "Aeon-Nox-SiLVO-master" to "skin.aeon.nox.silvo".

Getting the skin directly from Kodi's "Get more" button within the Skin settings didn't work either, that's why I tried doing it manually. I'm using Kodi 19.4 on my firestick.

Hello,
i got probs with latest mavens Kodi20 beta on AndroidTV / Shield + NOX SiLVO when i use LiveTV, scrolling through the Channels and reach Channel 129.
Then whole Kodi crashs. i tried differend TV addons (like m3u, waipu ...), evertime its the same.
on other Skins the crashs dosent happend.

Looks like what I see when I select PLAY from a movie list and then hit either ESC Key or BACK Key. Doing so will take you out to the Main Menu. If you then press the ESC or BACK keys it goes full screen and no info, no menu. But you didn't mention what you use to control Kodi with. A remote? A keyboard? A mouse?

I still want all the text, not looking for full screen art. Just a totally transparent menu bar, with no effect on the text.

I’m using a remote, Harmony, with a Shield. Back key operates as it should, backs out of the menus. ESC does nothing.

I have smart playlists setup with this skin, how do I get the "in progress" sub menu to display what I am still watching for the smart playlists? I have several categories that I would like to do this for. Is the XML format the only way or can it be done via the UI?

First, and in advance, I'm thanking all help I'll get from you. Afterwards to thank for all the work and help the developers and fellow members give us in this forum.
Here are my issues on this skin:

I'm with a fresh install of kodi 19.4, Aeon Nox Silvo, TMDB Helper, Fen, Umbrella, Trakt, YouTube (all with TMDB, Fanart.tv,YouTUbe and OMDB ID's and/or API's) all in a Nvidia Shield Pro 2017 running the latest updates.

1- When choosing a show I go on and change the type of view that I want (logo,Big fan, landscape,etc) and after that the type of view on the seasons and episodes. All works fine. But after i left, it returns to the default views. Is there any option to lock our personal preferences on this? If so, how to do it?

2- How to get the icons of the networks or studios, the imdb or tomatto ratings, video quality, etc for each movie or show?

I have another build using AuraMod and all this appear on it. But honnestly I prefer the Aeon Nox feel on kodi

Hi, just a quick heads up: I suspect the icons for "choose art" and "artist information" are swapped around in the music info dialog:

Also, a question: is there any view where I can see the art of the album's back cover? I saw something about a 3D cover view when I googled for this, but I can't find anything like that in the skin.

Aeon Nox: SiLVO supports rotating poster covers, if you have both the front & back as poster1 & poster2 they will be rotated (at least in the video library).

Thanks! Uh, I'm afraid I don't quite follow. In what view does it support rotating poster covers? It sounds like that would be in poster view, which doesn't seem to be available for music (see screenshot). Also, with music, the default seems to be to have "front" (/"thumbnail"), "back" and "discart" as the Big Three. Would I need to change it so that poster1 and poster2 have the same contents as "front" and "back"? (I do hope not...)
