RE: OpenELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 17.0) - herrmeier01 - 2016-03-13 @SpokV which TV backend do you use? Going back to 0310, everything is ok. Are you using pvr.hts as that had a bump and comments that suggest it's pretty broken... RE: OpenELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 17.0) - bvlgari1985 - 2016-03-13 hy, someone can test on rpi 3 bluetooth to connect headset ? thanks RE: OpenELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 17.0) - Vimes - 2016-03-13 A continuation of my hissing sound issues with Kodi and the Rasp Pi.... It seems that the issue is the same as the one noted in this threads when using OSMC.... https://discourse.osmc.tv/t/external-usb-audio-hiss-and-clicking-sound/532/3 The above does seem to offer solutions but they are beyond my capabilities. So whilst I have not experienced it when running OE 6.0.3 as yet I have tried OSMC (based on Kodi 16) and that also is very problematic with the sound distortion. The combination of the USB sound stick with SPDIF enabled and Kodi 16 or 17 with the Pi is proving to be problematic. Can you be more specific when you say it's broken? Do you get an error, or is it just empty? If it's empty have you forced a refresh? OSMC seems to be distorted very often. These Kodi 17 test builds are distorted on occasion, noted more when browsing jpgs, not sure if when load is placed on system or due to audio stop, start pauses. On 6.0.3 with Kodi 15.2 send to have been ok. You'll need to post in the Confluence support forum if you have Confluence problems. There are no plans to include any further Confluence changes in these builds. Milhouse, thanks for replay and clearing this up for me. With sadness I let go off the Confluence ;( Confluence even with latest updates release 6.0.4 Revamp'ed themes for Kodi v17 Krypton would not activate audio video buttons on player screen. I moved on then and now I'm happy Estuary user with your latest #0311 build. I had some issues with couple of 3D ISO files not playing at the earlier stage of player 8.0 (beginning of March) but with the latest updates it is much better now. I'll keep on testing and let you know if I find something serious. I general it looks like the update to 8.0 and Estuary skin increased CPU usage and it is on the border line with 3D ISO files. One quick question if you guys don`t mind. Maybe this is not the correct thread but I`ll ask anyway I already searched the net and couldn't find the answer. How to select add-ons for the home screen? Where do you pick add-ons and how do you control order of add-on tiles shown on the home screen in Estuary skin? Thanks a lot.
