RE: Intel HTPC/NUC's w/reliable Kodi-native 3D MVC Playback - Morpog - 2019-02-02 That only worked half. It downloaded the file to "C:\Users\Stephan\kodi\project\BuildDependencies\downloads\libbluray-1.0.2-mvc-Win32-v141.7z" but it says: Quote:================================================== RE: Intel HTPC/NUC's w/reliable Kodi-native 3D MVC Playback - afedchin - 2019-02-02 or update from the repo, it also contains possible fix of wrong stereo rendering RE: Intel HTPC/NUC's w/reliable Kodi-native 3D MVC Playback - afedchin - 2019-02-02 (2019-02-02, 10:37)Morpog Wrote: That only worked half. It downloaded the file to "C:\Users\Stephan\kodi\project\BuildDependencies\downloads\libbluray-1.0.2-mvc-Win32-v141.7z" but it says: try to remove everything in project/BuildDependencies/downloads RE: Intel HTPC/NUC's w/reliable Kodi-native 3D MVC Playback - Morpog - 2019-02-02 I downloaded as workaround all missing files from http://ftp.nluug.nl/mediaplayer/xbmc/build-deps/win32/ Let's see if that works. Edit: That didn't work well, but your method of cleanind Download directory worked! Now building FFmped at the moment. RE: Intel HTPC/NUC's w/reliable Kodi-native 3D MVC Playback - Morpog - 2019-02-02 Building Ffmpeg worked well! Now my PC is occupied for the next few hours. Will build Kodi after that. RE: Intel HTPC/NUC's w/reliable Kodi-native 3D MVC Playback - nc88keyz - 2019-02-02 (2019-02-02, 11:37)Morpog Wrote: Building Ffmpeg worked well!after you are done please link to build. I have a 5th gen Haswell nuc and would like to try 3d again on it. Although it is very hard to beat what a zidoo x9/z9s will do for the money, there are certainly benefits to kodi interface for metadata with skins like aria etc. looking forward to your sucess. RE: Intel HTPC/NUC's w/reliable Kodi-native 3D MVC Playback - afedchin - 2019-02-02 you have to rebuild Kodi. please force update from the repo and rebuild Kodi only (no need to rebuild ffmpeg, just run BuildSetup.bat) I've found the reason of the rendering issue. RE: Intel HTPC/NUC's w/reliable Kodi-native 3D MVC Playback - Morpog - 2019-02-02 So I have done another 64Bit build with update from repo. https://1drv.ms/f/s!Aq1uQOxemKiDwn8d1MjsDrmoCTMP It works alot better now, but it's still not there yet. - 3D glasses get activated, picture looks OK - some parts seem to have the wrong order in Z dimension, which is causing weird looks sometimes - some titles look stretched and on the right side instead of centered (and cut off because of that), some look OK Maybe the other guys can describe it better. Will try a 32 Bit build next. RE: Intel HTPC/NUC's w/reliable Kodi-native 3D MVC Playback - p750mmx - 2019-02-02 @Morpog, is this build including the latest adjustments done by afedchin? RE: Intel HTPC/NUC's w/reliable Kodi-native 3D MVC Playback - Morpog - 2019-02-02 Yes Edit: Uploading 32 Bit build as well on the same link above, testing this now RE: Intel HTPC/NUC's w/reliable Kodi-native 3D MVC Playback - p750mmx - 2019-02-02 Tested the new X64 build with Haswell setup as described in other post. Both hardware and Interlaced 3D mode gives the same output. 3D is there (and 100% okay), but only correct with viewing angle from above my monitor, not from a horizontal view. So with this latest build, Hardware 3D is working, viewing angle still not okay. This seems the same as with first build. Going to test the 32b version next. Edit: I see no difference in 3D behavior between 32/64 version. Viewing from above (looking down), from a short distance, gives in Hardware and Interlaced mode, a perfect 3D image. (Hardware 3D mode only with HDMI 1.4, not when using HDMI 2.0.) Can anyone confirm what I'm experiencing? RE: Intel HTPC/NUC's w/reliable Kodi-native 3D MVC Playback - Morpog - 2019-02-02 32bit version is same as 64bit for me RE: Intel HTPC/NUC's w/reliable Kodi-native 3D MVC Playback - afedchin - 2019-02-02 (2019-02-02, 15:16)Morpog Wrote: - some parts seem to have the wrong order in Z dimension, which is causing weird looks sometimesswapping left and right eyes not implemented yet, but 3DBD must looks good. RE: Intel HTPC/NUC's w/reliable Kodi-native 3D MVC Playback - Morpog - 2019-02-03 Hi @afedchin I tried again and now I found out what the problem is. left/right eyes seems to be inverted for movies. The Kodi menu has the correct left/right. So I had to flip my 3D glasses to get a perfect Bluray 3d Picture. As the left/right flip doesn't work atm it would be great to have that globally inverted for movies as most movies have it that way and it would be the same as the Kodi menu. I rechecked this with the old Krypton build and inverted left/right eye there and then it looks as weird as in Leia. For the subtitles: i tried Normal and Original aspect, but both had the same effect for some subitles. See screenshots. It's weird as it's only very few subtitles rendering like that.
