For my issues with France24(EN) and DW(EN) I opened the following bugs in GitHub:

Both were fixed in the latest beta version 0.2.38~beta42. If you want to install it to see if it fixes your particular issue, read and follow the Add the official repository page in the Catch-Up TV GitHub project as mentioned by Globaltvfan above.

TooManyRedirects and IndexError messages when trying to access TVA and Noovo - JohnPeters - 2022-08-16

Hi,

I'm trying to access 2 Canadian TV channels from the LiveTV > Canada menu
- TVA
- Noovo

I'm receiving 2 error messages when trying to access them:

TVA
TooManyRedirects
Exceeded 30 seconds
Dialog box message: One or more items failed to play. Check the log for more information about this message.

Noovo
IndexError
List Index Out Of Range
Dialog box message: One or more items failed to play. Check the log for more information about this message.

I try different versions of Catch-Up TV:

Catch-up TV & More
0.2.38-beta41

Catch-up TV & More
0.0.6

Catch-up TV & More
0.2.37+matrix.1

And they all returned the same errors.

I'm using this version of Kodi:

Build 19.4 (19.4.0)
Git: 20220304-e12e66e019
Compiled: 2022-03-04

@JohnPeters - support is not offered here for any issue on devices containing banned addons (wiki), such as yours.
Please see the forum rules (wiki) that you accepted and agreed to abide by for full details. To receive support, everything listed in orange in the addons/repos list in your log needs to be uninstalled.

Is the test version ever going to be released properly? STV catchup currently doesn't work, although UKTV Play currently does (0.2.37).

STV is still working fine with 0.2.39 beta04, but seems to be broken with latest betas.

Can anyone confirm this?

Hi can the owner of this addon put subtitles on Channel 4 catch up if possible please? due to my deafness I need subtitles. STV does have it.
