Open - error probing input format - JamesX - 2017-07-26 I was using the LibreElec 8.0.2 generic x64 image (Kodi 17.3) and IPTV Simple Client was working. Curious to try the Retroplayer features on Kodi 18, I did a hard reset and updated to the latest Leia LibreElec generic (https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=298462). Now I keep getting "Open - error probing input format" errors every time I try to play any of my IPTV streams. Anyone knows any workaround for this or should I just kiss Leia goodbye? RE: Open - error probing input format - Guilouz - 2017-07-27 Same problem here, was working few builds ago : Code: 00:44:58.235 T:140735733994304 NOTICE: VideoPlayer: Opening: pvr://channels/tv/Toutes les chaînes/pvr.iptvsimple_1623959541.pvr RE: Open - error probing input format - JamesX - 2017-08-01 Well, tried todays build just to see whats new. Now it seems IPTV Simple Client not only doesn't come installed by default but also has a binary dependency problem. I just took the info Guilouz gave me (that it worked on previous recent build) and choose the July 11 build, totally at random. Sure enough, Leia now seems to have some love for IPTV Simple Client again. So, for anyone having the same problem, here is the tip: For now, just go with the July 11th build. Edit: Just updated to todays build (the #0812) and everything seems to be fine. I guess whatever was the problem was finally solved. |
