How many HDD's can it power?

So this is a build based on eskro's guide, however, I've added a case with more power and 6 slots for HDD's because I want to add my drives to it instead of streaming over the network or purchasing a NAS.

My question now is, how many of my HDD's do you think this setup can manage to run? The case has one 140mm fan and the rest is in the specs above.

Also, this build will be able to bitstream hd audio, right?

As a reference... I'm running an EarthWatts 380W power supply in one of my boxes and have a Quad Core 95W AMD CPU in there, a GT430 GPU, 5 Hard Drives (4 Seagate Barracuda Green 2TBs and a 2.5" laptop drive for the OS) and a couple 80mm case fans. It boots and run no problem, but I don't intend on running it like that forever...

Tonight I can take a peek at the Kill-a-Watt meter if you want.

I think your answer though will depend on the drives you want to run/use. I bet even a couple Raptors use more than all my drives combined.

+12V1 handles 14A

Green drives take 2A

so, you can power up to 7 drives with that PSU

so 5x2TB drives (different brands), a SSD, a GT430 gpu, G530 cpu and one 140mm fan shouldn't be a problem?

are they green drives?

The drives should take 20w max, less if green.
120w total for drives. That's even over estimating

100w for CPU
xxx w for video card
xxx w for mb

360w+ should be more then enough.
