it is expected to fail without igpu, but i3 failed to playback 3d with its cpu+igpu. another word, i3 cannot playback 3d at all. for cpu+igpu package, there is nothing better than a8-3850 on the market at this price!

i know users will be afraid of Skin performance and stuff like that...
so to end all uncertainties, users should just grab the A6-3500 Triple-core!!!
end of story Tongue
+1, or a6-3600 quad-core at 65w!

However the A8-3800 should also be only 65W. I was actually trying to get me one of those but they seem to be difficult to find. Price difference between the A6-3600 and A8-3850 is only 15€ as well.

Making decissions is hard ...

yes even here in Canada, currently, A6-3600 seems difficult to find...

if that is the case, it's probably better investment to go with a8-3850 then!

How did you get on with the A8-3850 and a 150W PicoPSU?

150W psu for A8-3850 might be a bit on the edge. For 150W psu, the low power A8-3800 or A6-3600 is a better choice!

A8-3850 + 150W is feasible.
