Is there a media data-source that has an abundance of documentary information? I have a plethora of great, mainstream tv documentaries from BBC and Discovery that can't be detected and arent on moviedb or tvdb. Is there an alternate site I can link to, to scrape documentary information?

Try thetvdb.com - there's a category of BBC documentaries which runs for pages and pages... not sure about Discovery, but you can always add it if it's not there.
