tv goes on after boot
#1
When my pi (re)boots, the tv goes on. I set op the CEC adapter to not turn on any devides on boot. What am I doing wrong? Or is this a bug?

By the way, I use the most recent OpenElec version with Frodo.

Rob

You are my hero :-) That works fine!

Another question maybe you'll know the answer.

My setup is as follows:

Philips television with on
HDMI1 - reveiver (using ARC)
HDMI2 - Deocoder for television
HDMI "side" - Raspberry Pi with Openelec

I put on my tv, the receiver automatically goes on (HDMI signal).
As soon as the receiver turns on, the tv switches to HDMI "side", to the Raspberry pi.
This happens only if the pi is connected, doesn't matter if I switch HDMI ports.
If I disconnenct the pi, nothing happens when I turn on the receiver.

I don't know if the pi is causing this switch or the receiver.

Any ideas how to prevent this switching?

Thanks!

I don´t know, this happens on my setup as well since a while back.
I have tried different settings both on Pi and TV (there are settings that would make sense, but they only work for TV... so to speak) but the behavior remains.
When I turn on TV it goes to live TV for 3 seconds, then it automatically switches to Pi no matter settings (Pi/TV).

Different setup though, Raspbmc and Panasonic TV (no receiver).

Personally I never bothered that much about it since I use my Pi pretty much all the time.
Maybe someone has an idea, otherwise this might be something to report to Pulse-Eight.

Well, the problem is I want to use a Logitech Harmomy Touch, and when the input channel switches, the harmony is not aware of this and things go wrong :-(
I'll see if I can contact Pulse-Eight.

Thanks!
