I spoke to soon as it moved the issue from two or three minutes to close to thirty. Have had a replacement switch in place all day with no improvement. Yeah I am also focusing on the network.

upgrading all my clients to 16 R2 has resolved issue on all clients.

I cleaned my registry and hard dive and SyFY works great.
I use CCleaner.com
