default logo is packaged within the skin so that is not a resolution.
Just save it on a central location and you'll be fine.
I will also take a look if I can work something out that stores the custom logo in the addon_data folder

Oh, sorry, I forgot about it completely. It was a bit busy on the forums last couple of days.
I will work on this tomorrow

I have just implemented this... If you browse any custom image in the skin, this image will be saved inside the addon_data dir for the skin. This will allow you to easy migrate all settings by just copying the addon_data dir.
Also the backup module is adjusted to include the custom images.
This fix will be available in NEXT beta update of the skin, offcourse after that in the stable version.

Yes, this happens because the skin updated before the skinhelper addon did.
It will be fixed once the skinhelper gets updated.
If you want to test it beforehand, here is the manual link for the updated skin helper service:

hey guys!
Im new here and I just made a new build with this amazing skin, thanks to @marcelveldt!
I already customize my build and everything looks fine, but I want to replace the kodi logo on the header and the Jarvis Kodi wallpaper in the begging but nothing works for me :c
I dont know what else to do... I tried using a custom logo instead of the kodi one, but I need to pulled from a remote source, like those ones from a repo.
If somebody can help me I'll appreciate a lot!

In the skinsettings you will find an option to change that logo image.
You can browse for an image on disk
