I have two PC's, One is a 2.00Ghz 2 G Ram Windows 10, and Kodi runs great on. I have another that is a 1.6Ghz, 4G Ram Windows 10, and Kodi hesitates. The mouse moves very slowly, and everything takes forever. Is this because it's a 1.6Ghz? Or is it something else? Someone please help!
