Hi,
I recently reinstalled kodi.
But now I have date 1970/1/1 in all recording date.
On the client the date is correct and on the server (tvh on pi) the date is correct too.
Both use NTP.
In the kodi parameter the date is correct too.
Where does kodi takes his date for the recordings ?

Hum, every day we are the 1/1/1970.
Ofc EPG wont work like this either.
Anybody to point how the recordings date/time works ?
Hey, it's client related. I just set another recording using another PC as client (windows 7) and the date is correct on the recordings
So it should not be on the tvheadend side.
But on the linux client I have the correct date !
date
jeudi 4 août 2016, 20:51:58 (UTC+0200)
That's correct ...

fix your computer's battery.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

Well, the dates are correct on both client and server using NTP (read first post).
This is the name of the recording that pose problem.
On the recordings list I get :
channel name 01/01/1970 2:00 AM
and on the right panel I have the correct date but same time for starting time and ending time.
This is for the channels that dont get EPG.
For channels that have EPG then all is correct.
Once again, this is client related. Using another client on same TVH server all is correct.

Basically the question is : how is built the recording name ?
Obviously kodi dont take the current date the right way since the date is correct on the client.

This is a bug that should be fixed in Kodi Krypton. So, if you have the chance to test a recent Kodi Krypton nightly build and report back here, this would be very helpful.
