I have a TV show that has two audio streams. I need the secondary stream, but it's a pain to have to select that stream for every video I play. Is there a way to force the use of the secondary stream for only that show?

No, unless you do it via direct database manipulation, which is NOT encouraged.
However changing audio streams is one button press on your remote.

If I could find a one-button solution, I would be a happy camper!

Don't forget long presses can also be used if you don't have many buttons - this effectively doubles your buttons
