As I was checking out the nightly builds to see if it was better then the 17.6 I had installed I stumbled upon a quite annoying problem.
Almost all ISO and DVD files (with a VIDEO_TS folder) are stuttering like undiscrabable, viewing makes you really sick to the stumach (at least with me)
When I disable hardware encoding and set the buffering to 100% it gets a litter better but not as it should be.
I then reinstalled v 17.6 to check out and its gone, on 17.6 it plays flawlesly.
On my h96pro+ the stuttering is very bad and on my mxq pro 4k it plays fine, perhaps a thingy too look into ??
