Here is the TV show I refer to. It can be scraped. The description of the series and each episode has Chinese only. Here are several question.

1) The TV series doesn't show any description in Kodi. See the screen copy.  
2) For Season 1, each episode has the description and the file name for the episode, which is in Chinese, is displayed in Kodi. See screen copy for Season 1.  However for Season 2, there is no description for each episode and the file name is not displayed. See screen copy for Season 2.  

I wonder what I can do to make Season 2 to appear in the same way as that for Season 1. I names episode for Season 2 in the exact the same way as that for Season 1. Or may be I can't do anything because how information for season 2 is organized on thetvdb.com

Ok, that won't work. It is a Chinese show. Whoever created the entry has created it incorrectly. They have added an English translation with Chinese for Season 1. You need to set Chinese in your scraper language.

Thank you for pointing this out. After I changed language of the scraper to Chinese (ZH), Kodi now displays everything correctly. Really appreciate the help here.
