There are CoreElec (Kodi on Linux) builds that support Dolby Vision on specific AMLogic (and Dolby Vision licensed) based media players (if you have a TV with Dolby Vision).

There’s a community CoreElec project that supports on the fly conversion of HDR+ to Dolby Vision as well as SDR and HDR to DV.
