uploaded ok.
Unfortunately the Update Library ran for 1.2seconds. No movies or tv shows were scanned.
Are you sure your Sources are correctly set up? You have a functioning library?
The only other method now left to me is the MyVideos database.
If you add special://database to the File Manager, it will take you directly to the databases, and you can copy it over. Upload it to a filehosting site and provide the link.
If you want to keep it private, hit the Report button under my post, select Other and paste the link there.
I just shut down my Android media box, and rebooted, to try and see if maybe the first log wasn't done right. Here are the latest logs.

This first log is "kodi.log": https://paste.kodi.tv/atiwayosul.kodi
And this is the second log, "kodi.old.log": https://paste.kodi.tv/jemiyevaye.kodi

Let me know if either of those look good, because yes, I do have a complete functioning local kodi library. Thanks again!

Not sure what is wrong here, probably some Android thingy...
Look at line 2657...
xml:
2024-12-12 18:34:36.374 T:5286 info <general>: VideoInfoScanner: Starting scan ..
2024-12-12 18:34:37.307 T:5286 info <general>: VideoInfoScanner: Finished scan. Scanning for video info took 942 ms
In between those two lines should be your library files and folders being scanned, but there is nothing.

I'll check out your database if you provide it.

This is the path used by Kodi to access that tv show... /storage/sda2/TV Shows/The Invaders (1967)/
So your trailer would be... /storage/sda2/TV Shows/The Invaders (1967)/tvshow-trailer.mkv

Also I note that you are setting scraper on individual movies and tv shows. Any reason for that? You only need to set scraper on the Source folder (/storage/sda2/TV Shows/ and then all the contained tv shows will use those same settings.
Of course, you can change settings and scrapers for individual items, but you don't seem to have done that.

Hey thanks a lot...you got it working for me!

I think the reason I set up the scraper this way was because a few years ago I had it set up the way you said, on the Source folder...and I had created some custom artwork files (banners, posters, clearlogo, etc.), and I can't remember what I did, but I tried scraping the Source folder for new movies, and Kodi overwrote those files, and I lost them. After that I decided if I set the scraper up this way, yes it takes longer to add new movies and TV shows, but maybe this way, I won't accidentally make the same mistake I made back then...I'm getting old, so I have to play a lot of this computer file tinkering by ear...and since this is what's worked best for me so far, it's why I've chosen to stick with it. Thanks again for your help, now at least I've learned where the path is for my shows, so I can add trailers to any other show I may want to, pretty easily now! Smile Your help has been much appreciated!
