Compile Problem (Ubuntu 8.10)

Distro: Ubuntu 8.10, All updates as of 27.12.2008
SVN: 16740
XBMC: Compile from source
Hardware: P4 Northwood 2.66Ghz, 2gb DDR, GF6600.

Quote:g++: xbmc/lib/libcdio/libcdio/lib/cdio++/*.o: No such file or directory
g++: xbmc/lib/libcdio/libcdio/lib/cdda_interface/*.o: No such file or directory
g++: xbmc/lib/libcdio/libcdio/lib/driver/*.o: No such file or directory
g++: xbmc/lib/libcdio/libcdio/lib/iso9660/*.o: No such file or directory
g++: xbmc/lib/libcdio/libcdio/lib/paranoia/*.o: No such file or directory
g++: xbmc/lib/libcdio/libcdio/lib/udf/*.o: No such file or directory

Hope i didnt miss any of the information.

Either way, this is what happens when i try to compile XBMC, doing so according to the HOW TO.

Any idea what it might be?
The files and directories are present. No errors on Make.

Please dont report build failures before 48h. We know this and are working on it.

EDIT: Noticed your new to the forum so your excused this time Wink a great warm welcome to the forums aswell.

This perticular error is due to a build failure elsewere I believe because it should work if you do:
make libcdio
make
If you have problems please read this before posting

Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.
