Hi All.

I'm using the SVN PPA on Jaunty ... and am wondering if there is a PPA I can use to get the 3rd party stuff (like extra skins).

Eg. for Intrepid: deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/xbmc-addons/ppa/ubuntu intrepid main


Am I missing something simple?

OK... I installed the SVN plugins installer.... which gave me some plugins... although it only offers me one skin (basics-vision).


What do I need to do to get access to the other (3rd party) skins. (without installing them manually)

Is there a PPA for jaunty? ... or am I on the wrong track.

Extra skins are located on the PPA.

"Through the PPA" ?!?!? This is exactly what I'm trying to work out. Which PPA?


Currently, I have:

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/team-xbmc-svn/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/team-xbmc-svn/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main



apt-get install can only see xbmc-skin-default and xbmc-skin-pm3

So, which PPA (if any?) can I add to get the extra skins when I am running the SVN/dailybuilds PPA?

Or do I have to install them manually?

After a bit more searching, I've found, that I need to use a script called: XBMC Skin Manager.

It's windows/linux program to download skins from the skins SVN.
