i have searched through the forums here but can't find any reference to the problem i have.  when i launch xbmc, avalaunch just sits at the "accessing" screen and nothing else happens.

this is what is (worryingly) in my xbmc log:

the rest of the log is the same as the last 2 lines above.

can anyone help me with this, i'm an modbox noob   and am now kicking myself for deleting a perfectly working xbmp without backing it up!!

turn ava's settings so that it is in pal_i mode, not pal_60 mode.

still it hangs by me

using a modded xbox with avalaunch 0.49.16

downloaded the newest xbmc...

still accessing....

only turn the power off wil help
(or open the cd tray i dont rember for sure)
