No. I'm running EventGhost as shell.

In that case I would set the shell back to Explorer and just run EventGhost from the Start Menu startup folder.

You may be able to avoid using Eventghost. I'd guess you're using it to make your remote work. If so have a look at http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Usi..._with_XBMC.

This works, but prelongs the boot-time considerably.
I'm using the original xbox dvd remote, hence Eventghost.

Anyhow, I just noticed that Camelot does not play videos well on my setup.
It has been addressed (http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=62340) but not solved.
