which means it has been updated for more than 1 year.

According to the discussing thread, it is still updated now.

I wonder where I can download the latest version for Hulu Plugins.

Wait, I think you're looking at the wrong site. You want BlueCop's Hulu add-on. Download this zip file (keep it zipped) and that will add his repo tha includes Hulu (and some other goodies): http://code.google.com/p/bluecop-xbmc-re...p&can=2&q=
