I recently installed the Pulse Eight PVR version using the guide located HERE.
(I did add the repositories to XBMC using the Repository Installer Addon before upgrading XBMC Live install to the Pulse Eight version. Not sure if this has anything to do with it)
After configuring my tuner card (tvheadend) and LIRC I then proceeded to try to install addons. When I select the addon for install the screen turns black and appx 5 seconds later it returns to the main screen without installing the addon. I have tried multiple addons from different repos with the same results. I have tried to reinstall a couple of the repos with the same result. I checked the xbmc.log to see if anything stood out and I didn't notice anything.
Any ideas?
