Can you use the advancedsettings.xml to map you XBMC box to your NAS for sharing thumbs when doing a shared media library? i.e.

<pathsubstitution>
<substitute>
<from>G:\dvds\</from>
<to>smb://NAS/Thumbs/</to>
</substitute>
</pathsubstitution>

I know you can do this on ISO devices but has this been merged into the SVN for the linux version or do I still have to manually mount a drive to the thumbs?

A quick yes or no will do.
