I would like Startup window TV channels. Is it possible ?

What exactly do you mean by TV channels? An EPG (TV Guide) as provided by a PVR? Or are you referring to the TV Shows option on the XBMC main menu?

there's an option for it:
System > Appearance > Startup window - TV
though it doesn't currently work (at my end)
as no pvr addons have been started yet at xbmc startup.
