The Master Lock code is stored in the "profiles.xml" file in the
userdata folder (wiki). Should you get locked out, you can delete or edit the "profiles.xml" file.
You can use iFile from Cydia to both edit or delete the profiles.xml file.

If you don't use multiple profiles then there isn't anything in the profile.xml file that will be important. You should be able to delete the whole thing and have XBMC generate a fresh default file.
That being said, the specific tag is <lockcode></lockcode>. Just take whatever is between those two tags and replace it with a dash so it looks like this:
Code:
<lockcode>-</lockcode>
EDIT: and change
Code:
<lockmode>3</lockmode>
to
Code:
<lockmode>0</lockmode>
