Hey - long time lurker, first time poster.

I am looking for an easy on the wallet USB IR Emitter and came across this on eBay - Link

I was wondering if anyone has used one of these or can recommened something around the $30 range or under?

I've seen this and this, but I want to do setup live TV with XMBC in 4 rooms and that'll get a bit expensive.

What exactly are you trying to achieve? Have one xbmc output to 4 TVs?

I just realized that it is only a repeater.

I currently have cable (Comcast with a DTA box) in each room and all but one have an XBMC box in there with the database sync'd between them all through my Ubuntu NAS. Since cable is already in each room, I want to be able to take the existing cable and watch live TV on each TV through XBMC. I'm using TV capture cards that I've had for awhile, but none have a IR blaster port.
