I am looking for an alternative to my WD TV Live box , and are starting to look on an Android box , but there's frankly 100 + to choose from. What works and what does not?

I am looking for something who can:
Fast startup
WIFI
XBMC (for Android )
Netflix ( and preferably many more such as HBO etc.)
Controlled through a logitech harmony 300 remote ( possibly by adding an IR receiver )
Playback Capability of . Iso . Avi . Mpeg4 . Mp4 mm .
Access to my NAS and play files from there.
HDMI output .
Audio output
Must be continuously updated il new versions of android .

Optionally functions as Torrent client .

Cost: around 50 - 100 $

Overall:
I am looking for a box that makes my TV look like my Galaxy tab 3, can access XBMC , netflix and movies from my NAS, and would be controlled with the logitech harmony 300 remote.

Can I download all of my normal android apps for Playback Capability movies ( netflix xbmc etc), is it not just buy a cheap box with Quad Core ? Or is there something I'm missing ?
